Toilet in Bunk Houses

Floor

The floors are highly sturdy owing to their heavy duty channels & angle grid structure. The top of the framework has galvanized sheets for preventing the entry of insects or dust. As a durable foundation, there are thick marine-ply, fiber board or duraboard bases. Homogenous anti-scratch PVC carpets are also fitted over the marine ply-boards or duraboards.

Walls

The walls are composed of 2 mm thick GI sheets. Apart from this, the inner surface is finished with special 6mm PVC sheets for added protection. These are further provided with air-gaps for protection and enhanced durability against water & acidic reactions. The cavities are filled with special density thick insulation.

Roof

The roof top is made up of a 2 mm thick sheet and the roof bottom is made up of a 9 mm thick pre-laminated board. Each sheet overlaps on all sides and is fully welded using CO2 welding to prevent any ingress of water. All the spaces are filled with special density thick insulation so as to maintain a cool atmosphere. Using special roof cooling systems, air-gaps are created between the sheet & the insulation. This causes further reduction of thermal conductivity.

Doors

Double skinned pressed steel main doors are attached. Having proper insulation, these are also facilitated with godrej cylindrical latches and door closers. These also have aluminum powder coated aldrops for added safety and protection. Weather shades are offered on top of the outer doors for enhancing their service life. In addition, the inner doors of the toilet blocks are made of PVC for durability against water & acids. For disseminating foul air, louvered ventilators are also attached.

Electricals

This structure contains Crompton or Bajaj branded louvered exhaust fans for removal of foul air. In addition, these also have ISI marked wiring and switches. The wiring is concealed and MCBs and ELCBs are provided for increased safety. For efficient & leak-proof flow of current, there is a main inlet plug adapter as well.
