Size

The size of the structure can be customized as per the client's needs. These can also have multiple stories, such as G+1 or G+2.

Floor

The floor consists of a channel or pipe structure along the base periphery. Moreover, gusset plates have been provided for strength wherever necessary. Apart from this, there is no need for any additional flooring as there is an existing shop floor.

Walls

The walls have a heavy duty tubular structure and aluminum single side glazing clips in the grid cavities. Furthermore, pre-laminated boards or glass is placed in between the grid sections. Apart from this, we also provide GI sheets with insulation as well as wooden paneling. This is done for facilitating specific applications, where distinct temperatures are to be maintained.

Roof

The roof has a tubular structure with a 1 mm thick GI sheet on top. In addition, HMPS “I” beams are erected over the corner for additional load bearing. These also help in doing away with center posts which restrict internal movement. As false ceiling, pre-laminated boards have been arranged. Also there are gusset plates wherever required.

Floor

The floor has a heavy duty channel & angle grid structure, which gives great strength and rigidity. Thick marine-ply, fiber boards or duraboards have been provided as a durable base. A homogenous anti-scratch PVC carpet has been laid over the marine Ply or duraboard floor. This gives a good finish and added protection.

Walls

The walls are made up of 2 mm GI sheets on the outside. In addition, pre-laminated boards with ISI mark are erected on the inside. Each cavity is inserted with special density thick insulation, which keeps away heat and cools the atmosphere

Roof

The roof top comprises 2 mm thick steel sheets. Each sheet is fully welded using CO2 welding and also has overlap on all sides. The CO2 welding helps in preventing the ingress of water. The cavities and in-between spaces are filled with special density thick insulation to avoid overheating. The bottom is further protected by a shielding pre-laminated board. Furthermore, special air-gaps have been created between the sheets and the insulation for lowering thermal conductivity. This is carried out with the help of a special roof cooling system.
